Damper

Ingredients
- 3 cups self raising flour
- Teaspoon salt
- 1 ¼ cups milk
Process
- Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl or whisk the flour in the bowl with a whisk or fork.
- Warm and add milk
- Knead dough gently into a round
- Cook for about 25 minutes in an oven or campfire.
- Campfire: cover it with hot coals
- Oven: 200 degrees Celsius (fan-forced) and place damper on the bottom shelf
Tips
Self-raising flour
Add 1 ½ tablespoons of baking powder with 3 cups of plain flour.
Milk
Powdered milk or water
