Our appetites can be all over place when we’re pregnant. Cravings can be intense and can cause you to eat some pretty strange things.
Why do we have cravings?
It’s your body working really hard to provide for you and your little bub.
How can I manage my cravings?
Create a routine. Have 3 main meals a day and regular snacks. Staying hydrated and try to drink 2 litres of water a day. Carry a water bottle around with you. Try replacing what you’re craving with something healthier. It’s good to listen to your body and giving in to cravings is normal but it’s all about finding balance.
