Oats with berrries

Ingredients  

  • 50g (1/2 cup) traditional oats 
  • 250ml (1 cup) low fat milk or water  
  • ½ cup blueberries 
  • 1 cup strawberries (chopped) 
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Process 

  1. Place 3/4 cup of yogurt in a bowl. 
  2. Wash and slice your berries, place on top of the yogurt. 
  3. Drizzle honey over top. Enjoy as an amazing breakfast!
