Oats with berrries

Ingredients
- 50g (1/2 cup) traditional oats
- 250ml (1 cup) low fat milk or water
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Process
- Place 3/4 cup of yogurt in a bowl.
- Wash and slice your berries, place on top of the yogurt.
- Drizzle honey over top. Enjoy as an amazing breakfast!
